DCS AI Employee is an AI-powered business automation platform operated by Digital Core Solution ("DCS",
"we", "us", "our"). The platform may provide AI Calling, SMS, WhatsApp/API communication, Email Marketing, lead
management, customer follow-up, workflow automation, analytics, integrations and other AI-enabled business
services. By registering, purchasing a plan or using DCS AI Employee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If
you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Use of Services
DCS AI Employee is provided for legitimate business and professional purposes. The Client is responsible for
using the platform in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and third-party service policies. The Client must
provide accurate information and is responsible for maintaining the security of its account and login credentials.
3. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for the data and contact lists uploaded to the platform; the content of calls, SMS,
WhatsApp messages and emails; the accuracy of offers, prices, discounts and promotional claims; obtaining
required customer consent or permissions; following applicable communication and advertising regulations; and
following applicable SMS, WhatsApp, email and telecom requirements. Digital Core Solution provides the
technology platform but does not take responsibility for the legality or accuracy of Client-created communications.
